For a method preparing a risk on a road or in a underground by applying a roadside disaster monitoring system which monitors and warns a roadside disaster, the roadside disaster monitoring system: converts risk information detected through a prescribed risk detecting device into a transmission signal and transmits the transmission signal; collects and stores, by an information collecting device, the transmission signal and compares the transmission signal with pre-stored data to analyze whether the transmission signal matches the pre-stored data; drives an image detecting device according to detected information to collect and analyze image data, and detects an abnormality sign on the basis of the analyzed image data; analyzes the detected abnormality sign to set a disaster expectation area to be a risk occurring area; and informs a risk area according to the setting of the risk occurring area in a prescribed scheme to notify the risk. |
