Provided are a method, a system and a computer program for personalizing tickets for travel related services by associating function data inputted by a traveler with electronic ticket files defining an electronic ticket for the travel related services. A system for shopping and booking travel services receives the function data appointed by the user to personalize reservations associated with a travel. The function data is inputted through a user interface, and is stored in or linked with a passenger name record (PNR) associated with an itinerary. The function data is stored in a function information database or linked to the PNR by a function element stored in the PNR which discriminates a position of the function data in the function information database. The function data is integrated with the electronic ticket to provide the traveler with both of the function and technology data by the electronic ticket. |
