摘要

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel undercoating agent preventing degradation of adhesion of an aluminum thin film and a plastic base material, and not generating a whitened part or a transparent spot on the aluminum thin film side, even though the aluminum thin film-attached plastic is placed at high temperature and high humidity. The undercoating agent in the present invention uses a composition containing a certain acryl copolymer (A) having the glass transition temperature of 0-100°C and having an equivalent of a hydroxyl group of 0.8-3.5 meq/g; an isocyanate composition (B) including a reaction product of triisocyanate (b1) and diol and/or water (b2), and having an equivalent of an isocyanate group of 1-10 meq/g; and an epoxy group-containing silicon compound (C) composed of a certain epoxy group-containing alkoxysilane (c1) and/or an epoxy group-containing silsesquioxane (c2) formed by hydrolyzing and condensing the same.
