Provided in the present invention is a surface coating composition comprising a main component including a carboxylic group-containing compound having an isocyanate group on the end; and urethane beads. Also, provided is a vehicle seat applying the same. The vehicle seat applying the surface coating composition has excellent basic physical properties such as abrasion resistance and contamination resistance, while having excellent additional properties such as softness, slipping properties and print resistance according to a low squeak index.
