PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a power semiconductor of a power conversion device.SOLUTION: A power conversion device comprises a plurality of power semiconductor elements, a heat receiving member and a plurality of plate-like heat radiation fins. The plurality of power semiconductor elements are attached to one side surface in the horizontal direction of the heat receiving member. The plurality of heat radiation fins are provided on the other side surface in the horizontal direction of the heat receiving member and include air blowers of generating cooling air to be introduced into the plurality of heat radiation fins. The power conversion device is mounted under the floor of a railroad vehicle and configured so that the plate surface of the plurality of heat radiation fins faces the travel direction of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
