PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate environment information in a certain space.SOLUTION: A computer that is communicable with a plurality of mobile devices over a network includes a first calculation part, an identification part and a second calculation part. On the basis of a history of positional information indicating locations of the mobile devices, regarding each of the mobile devices, the first calculation part calculates for each of a plurality of areas a ratio of a time in which the mobile device stays in the area during a predetermined period, with respect to the predetermined period and calculates for each area an average value of the ratios calculated for the area. On the basis of positions of a plurality of fixed-point observation points for measuring predetermined environment information, the identification part identifies a plurality of divided regions dividing a space including the plurality of areas. On the basis of measurements at the fixed-point observation points, positional relations between the divided regions and the areas and the average value calculated for each area, the second calculation part calculates an estimate of environment information that the plurality of mobile devices experience.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
