PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a high-quality image even when a layer of a toner not forming a secondary color, such as a white toner, is formed on an upper layer or a lower layer of a full-color image, the image having good reproducibility of a secondary color of the color image and preventing a blurred color and image peeling.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner set including a toner forming a secondary color and a toner not forming a secondary color, where the SP value of a binder resin in the toner forming a secondary color and the SP value of the toner not forming a secondary color satisfy a certain relational expression.SELECTED DRAWING: None
