摘要 A method and apparatus for identifying a vitality for a workforce is presented. Groups of people in the workforce are selected based on a number of characteristics about the groups. A model for the vitality for the groups of people is generated by a computer system from payroll data for the groups. The model shows the vitality for the groups of people as a measure of performance for the groups based on the payroll data. Proportions of the payroll data for the groups of people in the payroll data are identified by the computer system. The model is adjusted by the computer system based on a difference between the proportions of the payroll data and desired proportions of the payroll data for the groups of people in the payroll data. The model has a desired level of accuracy and enables changing the workforce based on an analysis using the model.
