Provided are an OLED display substrate, an OLED display device and a mask plate. The OLED display substrate comprises: a plurality of pixel units; each pixel unit comprises: a plurality of sub-pixel units which are arranged in a horizontal direction; each sub-pixel unit comprises: a display area (1) and a non-display area (2); and display areas (1) in two adjacent columns of sub-pixel units are in a staggered arrangement. Display areas (1) in any two adjacent columns of sub-pixel units on an OLED display substrate are in a staggered arrangement, so that the colour mixing problem of different colours of electroluminescent layers occur in a process of evaporating an electroluminescent material is effectively solved.
