Provided is an endoscope bending part in which a first bending tube region (21a) and a second bending tube region (21b) which have mutually different bending characteristics are positioned from the distal end side of a bending part (21) to a base end side thereof. The slit width (w1) of each of a plurality of bend slits (24) arrayed on bend tube region (21a) is set to be narrower than the slit width (w2) of each of a plurality of bend slits (25) arrayed on bend tube region (21b), and with respect to adjacent bend slits, the width between the distal end side bend slits is set to be narrower than the width between the base end side bend slits. The spacing between the adjacent bend slits of the slit array of the bend region located at the distal end side is set to be narrower than the spacing between the adjacent bend slits of the slit array of the bend region located at the base end side. |
