Provided is a cosmetic gel sheet that excels in tight adherence properties and moisturizing properties, and in providing a feeling of skin firmness. Cosmetic gel sheets (10L, 10R) each include a base material formed of a nonwoven cloth or a woven cloth, and a gel layer containing a cosmetic material composition, wherein when one direction perpendicular to a thickness direction is set as the DA direction and a direction perpendicular to both the thickness direction and the one direction is set as the DB direction, the elongation rate in the DA direction is 10-40%, the elongation recovery rate is no more than 5% after carrying out elongation of 50% in the DA direction and retaining the sheet in that state for ten minutes at 23°C and under 55% RH conditions, and the elongation rate in the DB direction is no more than 2%. |
