The invention relates to a melt spinning device, comprising a plurality of a spinning nozzles, which are retained on a heated spin beam. A cooling apparatus having a height-adjustable cooling box is arranged under the spin beam. The cooling box has one or more inlet openings, which are associated with the spinning nozzles. In order to obtain flexible adjustment of a transition zone with shielding between the spinning nozzles and the cooling box, a sleeve carrier having one of a plurality of protruding sleeves per spinning nozzle is arranged between the cooling box and the spin beam. The sleeves are associated with the one or more inlet openings of the cooling box and protrude by means of an opposite free sleeve end into an annular gap between one of the spinning nozzles and the spin beam. |
