The present invention relates to a solar cell and a solar cell panel including the solar cell, which are capable of improving output power and reliability of a solar cell panel. A solar cell according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a semiconductor substrate; conductive regions which are located in the semiconductor substrate or on the semiconductor substrate; and electrodes which are connected to the conductive regions, and include a plurality of finger lines formed in a first direction and arranged in parallel with each other, and six or more bus bar lines formed in a second direction crossing the first direction and including at least portions having a width ranging from 35 to 350 um. The distance between first and second ends of the bus bar lines in the second direction is shorter than the distance between the outermost one of the finger lines on one side and the outermost one thereof on the other side in the second direction.
