Disclosed are an online-offline integrated commercial transaction method and an apparatus thereof, the method capable of enhancing purchase convenience of a buyer and increasing sales of a seller at the same time by extending spatial and time restrictions in Point of Purchase of a customer. The online-offline integrated commercial transaction method includes the steps of: obtaining product information about offline shop products in order to enable an offline seller to sell the product being sold in an offline shop on an online commercial transaction platform; providing the selected product of interest through the online commercial transaction platform by using the obtained product information when the product of interest is selected among the offline shop products by a buyer visiting the offline shop; and providing order information to the offline seller when the buyer orders the product of interest on the online commercial transaction platform, and distributing profits resulting from sales to the offline seller. |
