PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine allowing a player to set a desired volume and luminance by himself/herself.SOLUTION: The game machine includes: first setup means that sets an initial value of a volume output by a sound output part on the basis of an operation of a first operation part, and an adjustable range by a second operation part; second setup means that sets a volume to be output by the sound output part and luminance of a light-emitting part within a range according to the adjustable range set by the first setup means, on the basis of the operation of the second operation part; initialization means that, when power supply to the game machine is started, initializes the game machine to a prescribed initial state; and initialization notification means that, regardless of the setup by the first setup means and the second setup means, outputs a notification sound from the sound output part at a prescribed volume so as to notify of the initialization of the game machine.
