PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a centrifugal machine which enables a rotor to be attached to a chamber with high accuracy and is light-weight.SOLUTION: A discoid upper plate 110 having a diameter larger than a rotor 100 is attached to an upper part of the rotor 100. A wire engagement part 113, with which one end of a wire 162 is engaged, is attached to a support part 112 or the upper plate 110 so as to tilt along a vertical surface. The other end of the wire 162 is engaged with a drum side of a winch 160. A slider 146 is indirectly fixed to the upper plate 110. Two linear guides 147 are provided parallel to each other in between a lift pole 140 and the rotor 100. Each linear guide 147 functions as a guide when the upper plate 110 and the rotor 100 etc. move in a vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
