METHOD FOR REPAIRING CRACK AND APPLYING OVERALL PAVEMENT TO CONCRETE AND ASPHALT ROADS

The present invention relates to a method for repairing a crack and applying overall pavement to concrete and asphalt roads. For the purpose of carrying out overall pavement when the overall pavement is required on account of partial or large damage to concrete and asphalt roads, the method for repairing a crack and applying overall pavement to concrete and asphalt roads is provided which comprises: a first step for cutting and removing a deteriorated surface with a surface cutting machine; a second step for repairing a crack; a third step for applying a rapid hardening epoxy and scattering a silica sand; a fourth step for forming a repair pavement by plastering the whole surface with a rapid hardening epoxy mortar to a thickness of 2 to 8 mm, wherein the rapid hardening epoxy mortar is prepared by mixing a rapid hardening epoxy and a silica sand of 4 to 40 meshes at a volume ratio of 1:2.5 to 1:5; and a fifth step for applying urethane to the whole surface such that the urethane flows between the silica sand of the repair pavement and scattering a silica sand to make heat and moisture discharged through the urethane.
