The invention relates to a sun shade device (1) comprising a sun blocking curtain (2) that can be wound up on a shaft (3). The sun blocking curtain (2) consists of an arrangement of slats (4) which are interconnected one behind another in the winding or unwinding direction by means of joints (9) and each of which has a plurality of slat segments (5). Adjoining slats (4) are positionally secured against lateral movements by means of locking parts (12) which latch into recesses (13) in the slats (4), said recesses being located on the top or bottom side of the slats. |
