PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a system, a method and a kit having been improved for automatic sampling, sample adjustment and/or sample analysis, which are excellently suitable especially to analysis in a multi-well plate assay format, and provide creation thereof.SOLUTION: A device includes a housing 110 having a light shading property.
