PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a purified chlorogenic acid-containing composition which does not lose a chlorogenic acid content and in which the color is good when diluted to be acidic beverage by controlling the chlorogenic acid content to a level proper for beverage, turbidity after production is suppressed, and caffeine is reduced.SOLUTION: A producing method of a purified chlorogenic acid-containing composition includes: a first step of dispersing or dissolving a raw material chlorogenic acid-containing composition in an organic solvent water solution; a second step of removing deposition in the dispersion or solution obtained in the first step; and a third step of contacting the solution obtained in the second step with active carbon (A) whose pore volume is 0.3-1.0 mL/g and active carbon (B) whose pore volume is larger than that of the active carbon (A). The pore volume difference [(B)-(A)] between the active carbon (A) and the active carbon (B) is 0.1-1.5 mL/g.SELECTED DRAWING: None
