The present invention relates to a system for guiding an emergency exit route and an LED Braille block capable of effectively guiding a user exit route on the basis of a detection result of an emergency situation such as a fire. The system for guiding an emergency exit route according to an embodiment of the present invention can include: an LED Braille block which has an LED inserted therein and is installed on a bottom surface of a prescribed structure to be able to guide moving lines to blind people, wherein the LED is turned on, light from the LED is displayed on the surface of the LED Braille block; a detecting unit including a detecting sensor capable of detecting an emergency situation; a memory for storing the detected result or information on a plurality of light emitting patterns; a power supplying unit for supplying power to the LED Braille block for lighting the LED; and a control unit for controlling the LED Braille block to be lighted according to a first light emitting pattern, when the emergency situation is not detected, extracting a second light emitting pattern from among the plurality of light emitting patterns in consideration of an emergency-detected position, when the emergency situation is detected, controlling the LED Braille block to be lighted according to the extracted second light emitting pattern, and controlling the detecting unit, the memory, and the power supplying unit. |
