The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a high-temperature superconducting pancake coil. The present invention winds a superconducting wire rod with a tension which is remarkably greater than a tensile strength of the high-temperature superconducting wire rod, and fixate the coil not to be moved even by a strong electromagnetic force. To achieve this purpose, in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention, the method of manufacturing the high-temperature superconducting pancake coil comprises: a step of combining a first bobbin with a fixing block, which is to fixate the wire rod, with a plate-shaped base plate; a step of connecting the wire rod to connect a superconducting wire rod and a taping wire rod, which has a greater tensile strength than that of the superconducting wire rod, to the fixing block of the first bobbin; a step of forming a first coil to form a first coil by allowing the taping wire rod wrap around the superconducting wire rod and jointly be wound on an outer circumferential surface of the first bobbin; and a step of combining a first push guide to place the first push guide to the most external side of the first coil, combining the first push guide with the base plate. |
