PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid-vehicular control apparatus for preventing occurrence of a shock in performing a failure diagnosis by changing the air-fuel ratio of an engine.SOLUTION: A hybrid vehicle includes: an engine and a motor-generator in a drive source; and a second clutch in a drive force transmission system from the motor-generator to a tire. In a control apparatus of the hybrid vehicle includes failure diagnosis control means for diagnosing a failure on the basis of a detection value obtained by changing an air-fuel ratio of the engine to a lean side and a rich side, when a failure diagnosis for an exhaust gas measure system of the engine is requested. When diagnosing a failure, the failure diagnosis control means performs control in which the second clutch is put into a slip engagement state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
