PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of performing stable display by suppressing characteristics deterioration of a thin film transistor due to light irradiation, and a manufacturing method of the display device.SOLUTION: The display device comprises: a thin film transistor TR including a semiconductor layer SC, an insulation layer 30 provided in contact with the semiconductor layer, and a gate electrode GE provided via the insulation layer so as to overlap with at least part of the semiconductor layer; and a lens 20 provided on an opposite side of the insulation layer from the semiconductor layer. The lens is provided so as to condense light that comes from the lens side toward the semiconductor layer, into a position displaced from the semiconductor layer in a plane direction of the semiconductor layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
