PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manual grass shears which can be operated in a standing position.SOLUTION: A crossing part of a pair of crossed handles 8 and 9 is rotatably supported by a first support shaft 3; a vertical piece 4b portion of fitting 4 which is roughly L-shaped and has a horizontal piece 4a toward the inside is supported to inside of each tip part of the pair of handles 8 and 9 by second support shafts 5 and 5 in the direction connecting the tip ends of the pair of handles; and each of base end parts of a pair of blades supported with a fourth support shaft 7 so as to freely open and close is supported to the horizontal piece 4a of the fitting 4 by third support shafts 6 and 6 which are parallel to the fourth support shaft 7; and a pivotal structure by the third support shaft 6 is supported by a coil spring 10 or springs such as a plate spring so that a little floating between the fitting 4 and the blades 8 and 9 is rotatably possible and the pivotal structure is maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
