摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold rolling method for preventing fracture of a steel sheet during cold rolling in manufacturing an oriented magnetic steel sheet containing Si of 3.2 mass% or more.SOLUTION: There is provided a cold rolling method for an oriented magnetic steel sheet including a series of steps of hot rolling a steel slab having a component composition containing, by mass%, C:0.025 to 0.09%, Si:3.2 to 4.0%, Mn:0.08 to 0.103%, Al:0.022 to 0.033%, N:0.006 to 0.0087%, Seq=S+0,406×Se:0.010 to 0,027%, Sn+Sb:0.02 to 0.30% and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, conducting a heat treatment, then descaling, one or more cold rolling, decarbonization and primary recrystallization firing, firing separator application, secondary recrystallization firing and flatting firing, where the cold rolling is conducted with a reversible cold rolling machine and cold rolling of first pass is conducted with a cold rolling rate with a local elongation of 2.5% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
