PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell capable of exhibiting more excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A solar cell 200 includes a laminate in which a first semiconductor layer 230 and a second semiconductor layer 240 are laminated. The laminate is pressed in the lamination direction at a pressure of 0.5-50 MPa. The laminate further includes a junction interface layer 260 between the first semiconductor layer 230 and the second semiconductor layer 240.
