PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain wave signal processing device capable of being utilized for training for facilitating occurrence of phase synchronization of a brain wave.SOLUTION: A brain wave signal processing device includes a phase synchronization index calculation part 13 that successively calculates a phase synchronization index PSI (f, t) indicating the degree of phase synchronization between brain wave signals in a subject's brain, and an image signal generation part 14 that applies a stimulus, changing in synchronization with the phase synchronization index, to the subject by successively generating an image signal corresponding to the phase synchronization index and successively supplying it to a display.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
