PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a player's interest in a change in a reservation display.SOLUTION: When a reservation display in a specific mode is executed according to a reservation display pattern, a game machine executes any of a plurality of types of reservation change performances to change the display mode of the reservation display. The game machine determines presence/absence of a continuous change performance and an initial value of a pre-change counter so as to prevent the plurality of continuous change performances, a continuous change performance and a reservation change performance, or the multiple reservation change performances from being simultaneously executed during one-round variable display.
