PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device, a monitoring system and a monitoring method that enable users to simultaneously grasp an activity status of a person over a predetermined period and an activity status of the person at a certain moment with one monitoring frame.SOLUTION: A monitoring device has a position information achieving part 32 for achieving position information of a person by detecting the person from pictures of a monitoring area, a statistical information achieving part 34 for executing temporal statistical processing on the position information of the person to achieve statistical information on a residence status of the person according to setting of a target period of the statistical processing, a heat map image generator 35 for generating a heat map image obtained by visualizing the statistical information, a mask image generator 36 for generating a mask image corresponding to an image area of the person on the basis of the position information of the person every predetermined time, and a picture output controller 39 for generating and outputting, every predetermined time, a monitoring picture obtained by superimposing the heat map image and the mask image on a background image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
