Provided are a program and a laser processing device that can prevent the flow of a large transient current even if the scanning speed of a galvano mirror is fast. A prescribed diagram to be laser-processed is resolved into a plurality of straight lines. One of the resolved straight lines is determined to be at least a straight line length L, and in response thereto, first coordinate data and second coordinate data are generated. The first coordinate data is: coordinate data of an inner point that is located at a first interval d1 from the starting point of the straight line and that indicates, on the straight line, the endpoint of a line segment for which is set a scanning speed slower than the normal scanning speed of a galvano scanner 18; or coordinate data of an inner point that is located at a second interval d2 from the ending point of the straight line and that indicates, on the straight line, the endpoint of a line segment for which is set a scanning speed slower than the normal scanning speed of the galvano scanner 18. The second coordinate data is coordinate data of one or a plurality of inner points that indicate, on the straight line, the endpoint of a line segment for which is set a scanning speed which is the normal scanning speed of the galvano scanner 18. |
