Provided is a capacitive touch panel having increased sensitivity with respect to non-contact operations while maintaining high resolution with respect to contact operations. This capacitive touch panel (1) has one or more transparent film base materials (2, 5), multiple first-direction electrodes (X) furnished on the film base materials (2, 5) and extending in a first direction (the left/right direction), and multiple second-direction electrodes (Y) furnished on the film base materials and extending in a second direction (the up/down direction) intersecting the first direction. This capacitive touch panel is characterized in that each of the first-direction electrodes (X) and the second-direction electrodes (Y) is configured from multiple fine wires (30, 40) manufactured from a conductive material, and in that at least one transparent conductive film electrode (6) for detecting non-contact operations is provided. |
