摘要 The present invention relates to an energy storage capacitor using an antiferroelectric substance, a method for manufacturing the same and a power electronic device including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an antiferroelectric ceramic capacitor constituted with a chemical formula of Hf_(1-x)M_xO_2, wherein 0.01 x <= 0.99 is satisfied. The M includes one or more than two compounds among zirconium (Zr), silicon (Si), aluminum (Al), yttrium (Y), strontium (Sr), lanthanum (La) and gadolinium (Gd), and at least a part of the ceramic capacitor includes a bottom electrode and a top electrode overlapped with a dielectric layer. The objective of the present invention is to provide a capacitor which has excellent temperature stability and voltage stability and is eco-friendly.
