Disclosed are a hot dip galvanized steel plate with excellent corrosion resistance property, and a manufacturing method for the same. The hot dip galvanized steel plate has a steel plate and a hot dip galvanizing layer. The hot dip galvanizing layer comprises: 2.0-3.0 wt% (exclusive of 2.0 wt%) of aluminum (Al); 2.5-5.0 wt% of magnesium (Mg); and the remainder consisting of zinc (Zn) and inevitable impurities. A composition of Mg and Al satisfies 1.2 = Mg/Al = 2.5. The hot dip galvanizing layer includes a metal tissue in which a Zn singe phase, a Zn/MgZn_2 binary process tissue, a MgZn_2 singe phase tissue, and Zn/Al/MgZn_2 ternary process tissue are mixed. A total area of the Zn/MgZn_2 binary process tissue and the MgZn_2 singe phase tissue is equal to or greater than 51%, wherein the Zn/MgZn_2 binary process tissue and the MgZn_2 singe phase tissue are observed on a cross section in a width direction of the hot dip galvanizing layer. The present invention provides the hot dip galvanized steel plate, with excellent corrosion resistance property of a processing unit and excellent corrosion resistance property of a surface unit, a cross section unit, and a coating unit; and a manufacturing method for the same. |
