The present invention relates to an order check system using an automatic response service and a method and a computer program thereof. An information processing apparatus inputted with order information from a consumer terminal transmits the order information to a seller terminal through a visual medium like a text message. If a previously established response does not come within a previously established time from the seller terminal, the order check system makes a call to the seller terminal automatically and regenerates previously recorded voice requesting order information checking or voice reading the order information. If the seller terminal does not answer the call, the order check system repeats the same or transmits information about order delay or order cancel to the consumer terminal. |
