PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency switch circuit that functions as a protection circuit for a receiver by suppressing high frequency power even if a high power, high frequency signal is input into the receiver from another radio device or the like during a reception period.SOLUTION: The high frequency switch circuit includes: a high frequency signal line having a high frequency input terminal and a high frequency output terminal; a PIN diode having a first terminal connected to the high frequency signal line and a second terminal grounded; a high impedance circuit having one terminal connected to the high frequency signal line and providing a high impedance at a usage frequency; a diode having a first terminal grounded and a second terminal connected to the other terminal of the high impedance circuit; and a control terminal connected to the junction of the diode and the high impedance circuit, and configured to supply a bias voltage that switches the PIN diode to an on state/off state, in order to switch the path between the high frequency input terminal and the high frequency output terminal to an off state/on state. |
