<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adhesive rear surface protective sheet exhibiting excellent adhesiveness to the rear surface sealing material in a solar module, especially exhibiting excellent adhesiveness to a polyethylene-based sealing material and weatherability, and also exhibiting excellent antiblocking properties, stably while suppressing variation in quality. <P>SOLUTION: The easily adhesive rear surface protective sheet includes an easily adhesive layer formed on one surface of a rear surface protective sheet for solar cell module consisting of one or a plurality of layers, and the easily adhesive layer consists of following easily adhesive layer composition. a) A crosslinking base resin contains b) a crosslinking resin crosslinked by a polyisocyanate compound, c) a silane coupling agent, and d) an organic metal coordination compound. c) The silane coupling agent is c1) a silane coupling agent containing a mercapto group, and/or c2) a silane coupling agent containing an epoxy group.
