<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-conductive film capable of suppressing the amount of use of an electrically-conductive inorganic nano wire, and suppressing variation of its resistance value, and being excellent in transparency. <P>SOLUTION: The electrically-conductive film is formed by laminating an electrically-conductive layer including the electrically-conductive inorganic nano wire (A) with a diameter of 1-100 nm and an aspect ratio of 100-5,000 on at least one face of a thermoplastic resin film. The ratio of the area occupied by the electrically-conductive inorganic nano wire (A) in the plane surface of the electrically-conductive layer is 5-30%, the surface resistance value of the electrically-conductive layer is 1.0×10<SP POS="POST">2</SP>-1.0×10<SP POS="POST">6</SP>Ω/square, and the variation of the surface resistance value in the longitudinal direction is 0.1-10%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
