The device has a thermoformed plate (1) comprising an empty space (2) in a central portion, and a lateral covering area (3) for covering the plate. Studs (4) support a foot, guide and support photovoltaic solar panels. A central bead (7) allows discharge of water from a ridge and infiltrations and protection of attachment points (11) of the plate. A groove (8) provided on the bead allows a cable to pass between one of the panels and the plate. Lifters (9) lift the panels so as to ventilate an installation. Stops (10) allow wedging of upper plates and removal of the water from the ridge. |
