The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent material and an organic electroluminescent material device. Disclosed is a compound having a structure with respect to chemical formula of Ir(L_A)_n(L_B)_(3-n). In addition, disclosed are a formulation comprising the compound of chemical formula Ir(L_A)_n(L_B)_(3-n), and a device such as an OLED. The device can be a consumer product, an electronic component module, an organic light-emitting device, and/or a lighting panel. The device manufactured by an embodiment of the present invention, a blocking layer can be additionally included in a random manner. One purpose of the blocking layer is to protect an electrode and an organic layer from damage due to exposure with respect to harmful types in an environment including moisture, steam, and/or gas. |
