Provided are a method to transmit a control channel and a method to execute a shortened HARQ process. The method to transmit a control channel includes the steps of: receiving information about a format of a control channel from a base station through upper layer signaling; and transmitting the control channel, mapped with at least one among multiple source blocks placed in both end parts of a system band, to the base station through one slot based on the information about the format of the control channel. Therefore, the present invention is capable of making an HARQ timing quicker and reducing a data transceiving delay.
