The present invention relates to a concrete pole diagnostic testing apparatus, comprising: a mounting support unit which is removably mounted to a concrete pole; a diagnostic supporter of which one end part is rotatably connected to the mounting support unit in a vertical direction; a pole crash vibration generating unit mounted on one end of the diagnostic supporter, generating a vibration in the diagnostic supporter by being crashed into the concrete pole by rotating the diagnostic supporter; and a vibration diagnosis alarming unit mounted on an other end of the diagnostic supporter, alarming a damage of a rebar by means of vibration generated in the diagnostic supporter. By crashing the vibration generating unit into the concrete pole, the vibration impact is measured by a reaction force, and is alarmed from the vibration diagnosis alarming unit; thereby detecting the damage of the rebar around the ground surface under the concrete pole to prevent in advance an accident of the concrete pole from collapsing.
