Provided is a fiber reinforced composite material comprising a thermoplastic resin fiber and reinforcing fiber, wherein fine bumps are formed at the surface of the reinforcing fiber. Also, provided is a manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced composite material. The manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced composite material comprises the steps of: forming a mixture by mixing a thermoplastic resin fiber and reinforcing fiber to a first solvent; injecting a second solvent to the mixture and forming a sheet; and manufacturing a fiber reinforced composite material by drying and compressing the sheet so as to remove the second solvent. In the manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced composite material, UV rays are emitted or the mixture is treated with an acid during the step of forming the mixture or the step of forming the sheet.
