Provided are a device for correcting light absorption spectrum, a method of manufacturing the same, and a method of correcting light absorption spectrum. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for correcting light absorption spectrum includes a pressure sensor for measuring a contact pressure for a subject, a light source for emitting light to measure the light absorption spectrum for the subject, an attenuated total reflectance (ATR) determination layer which is used for light irradiation and as a transfer path of the contact pressure for the subject, a spectrum detection and analysis unit for detecting the light emitted from the ATR determination layer and preparing to analyze the light absorption spectrum, and a spectrum correction unit for correcting the light absorption spectrum on the basis of contact pressure data transferred from the pressure sensor and light intensity data provided by the spectrum detection and analysis unit.
