The present invention relates to a lightweight cement mortar composition for repairing a concrete structure and a method of repairing a concrete structure using the same. According to the present invention, the lightweight cement mortar composition for repairing a concrete structure comprises: 5-70 wt% of a cement binder, 20-70 wt% of fine aggregate, 0.01-15 wt% of a re-emulsion type performance improving agent, and 0.1-20 wt% of water. In addition, the re-emulsion type performance improving agent includes: 50-98 wt% of an ethylene vinyl acetate to improve strength and adhesion, 0.1-20 wt% of styrene-vinyl acetate to improve adhesion and thermal resistance, 0.1-20 wt% of methylmethacrylate-acrylonitrile to improve acid resistance and alkali resistance, and 0.1-20 wt% of methylacrylate-vinyl chloride to improve strength and durability. According to the present invention, since strength and durability, particularly, acid resistance and chlorine resistance are excellent, concrete corrosion of a concrete structure or the like under harsh conditions of sewage pipes, manholes and related underground structures, underwater structures, underground structures, marine concrete structures, chemical plant floors, and the like caused by chemical erosion can be prevented, thereby significantly reducing maintenance costs used therefor. In addition, since compressive strength, bending strength, and adhesion strength are excellent, the present invention can be easily applied to not only sewage facilities having many acidic substances, but also various existing construction methods. Moreover, the present invention has many effects of improving work efficiency as mechanized construction such as spraying construction and the like is possible due to lightweight and being economical by minimizing material loss in construction. |
