The purpose of the present invention is to inhibit the thermal degradation and electrical breakage of an insulating material which are associated with the downsizing or power output enhancement of a high-voltage rotating machine such as a power generator or an electrically powered apparatus. The purpose is attained by: applying a highly heat-conductive material onto the outside surface of mica lying on the outside surface of a conductor wire; and applying a resin which contains a silica or alumina nanomaterial having the same six-membered ring structure as that of the highly heat-conductive material onto the outside surface of the highly heat-conductive material. |
