<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which creep of a synthetic resin pulley 1b and an outer wheel 15b can be prevented and damage such as cracks can be prevented from being caused in the pulley 1b by concentration a stress to a portion supporting a creep load. <P>SOLUTION: Knurls 25a is formed in a portion of an outer circumferential surface of an outer wheel 15b in an axial direction by knurling.
