<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and a head set, capable of surely earthing, with ease, a metal key top of a switch device which is arranged for operation at an opening part provided to portion of an operation part key top of a synthetic resin case. <P>SOLUTION: A coil spring 27 made from metal wire which acts as an earthing conductor for earthing a metal key top 14 of an electronic apparatus 10, is disposed on an earth pattern 26 arranged at one point at the position opposed to a central part of the metal key top 14 of a printed circuit board 23 arranged in a synthetic resin case 11. The coil spring 27 is arranged directly below the metal key top 14 such that its upper end is always pressurized against one point at the central part of the metal key top 14, for functioning as a reset spring of the metal key top 14, to be used as one component of a switch device 25.
