PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage data on materials for processed food at the stage of planning conception so as to efficiently and systematically perform both product development from product planning of the processed food to its sales and management of the materials.SOLUTION: A considered material management apparatus comprises: a still-under-consideration material data storing unit that stores data on materials for processed food under consideration which is generated by combining data stored in a product basic information storing unit, an existing material data storing unit, a new material data storing unit and a product recipe storing unit; a notification unit that, when the new material data storing unit stores new data on materials, sends notice to that effect to a contact address of each preset business operator; and a browsing control unit that accepts a request for access to the data in the still-under-consideration material data storing unit from a browsing device of each business operator, and allows browsing or editing of the data in the still-under-consideration material data storing unit within a range corresponding to a user authority of each preset business operator. |
