<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supplying device capable of supplying a liquid with high viscosity or a large amount of liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid supplying device 1 is equipped with a liquid chamber 6 which has a liquid introduction path 21 for introducing the liquid and a liquid lead out path 22 for leading-out the liquid and stores liquid; a pneumatic pressure generating section 33 which is communicated to an air path 14, and inflows the air having a pressure different from the atmosphere to an air chamber 8 or outflows the air from the air chamber 8; the air chamber 8 which has an atmosphere path 13 for communicating to the atmosphere and the air path 14 for communicating to the pneumatic pressure generating section 33 and stores air; a liquid flow passage opening/closing section 25 for opening/closing the liquid introduction path 21; and an air flow passage opening/closing section 27 for opening/closing the atmosphere path 13. The liquid supplying device opens/closes the atmosphere path 13 by the air flow passage opening/closing section 27 in accordance with the internal pressure of the liquid chamber 6 and opens/closes the liquid introduction path 21 by the liquid flow passage opening/closing section 25 in accordance with the pressure difference between the internal pressure of the liquid chamber 6 and the internal pressure of the air chamber 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
